LARP is a consumer simulation company building digital populations to predict how markets respond before decisions are made.

We use real-world data to recreate consumer markets as populations of synthetic agents. These populations can be calibrated with company data and used to test pricing, products, messaging and other decisions before they reach the market. Because each agent carries the habits and constraints of a real person, the results track what individuals actually do rather than what they say they would do.

Founded in 2025, we are a small team of researchers based in Croatia. Our clients include leading companies in Southeast Europe across retail, consumer goods, telecommunications and logistics.

We ran a large Croatian FMCG producer's study on our simulated population, and the results reached an average Spearman correlation of 84% with those of the original study.

On the questions where the two disagreed, the simulation was closer to what shoppers actually did.
