Demo request form

When you send a demo request we process your name, work email, company, job title, team, how you test decisions today and the question you write.

We send that to our business email and to our internal contact system. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare the demo.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Measurement and analytics

With your consent we measure page visits, calls to action, form starts and submissions, form errors, language changes, outbound links and loading speed.

We never send your name, email, company or the text of your question to analytics. We strip query strings from page addresses, so personal data never ends up in a link.

Session replay masks every input field, so what you typed is not visible.

The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, and Article 43 of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act.

Advertising

With advertising consent we connect your demo request to the campaign that brought you here. For that we send LinkedIn a hashed version of your email address, never the address itself.

Without advertising consent we do not load the LinkedIn tag and send nothing to any advertising network.

Tools we use

Our own measurement on our servers in the European Union for visit analytics, the conversion funnel and session replay. We do not share this data with third parties.

Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for acquisition reporting. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set without consent.

LinkedIn Insight Tag and the LinkedIn Conversions API for campaign measurement.

Amazon Web Services for hosting and email. The site is served from the European Union.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google and LinkedIn may transfer data to the United States. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses and on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

The record of your consent: 180 days, after which we ask again.

Visit analytics events: up to 12 months.

Session recordings: up to 30 days.

Google Analytics 4: 14 months.

A demo request and the correspondence that follows it: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you become a client, when the contract and accounting law set the period.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, the right to portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

Changing your consent

Open Privacy settings in the site footer and change your choice. If you reject analytics we delete the identifiers we stored in your browser.
